Responsibilities
- Own derivatives trading frontend experience and products, covering perpetual, futures, options, TradFi and more
- Define and execute user growth strategies – optimize the funnel from registration to first trade, improve activation and retention
- Conduct competitor analysis and track key product metrics (user activation, conversion, trading volume, market share); translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Collect and prioritize user feedback from VIP clients, CS, and data analytics to continuously improve trading experience
- Write PRDs, coordinate with design and engineering, and drive on-time delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience in tech, fintech, crypto or internet industry
- Solid understanding of derivatives trading fundamentals (margin, leverage, order types)
- Experience shipping user-facing products on both mobile and web
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient with Figma or similar design tools
- Native or near-native Mandarin; fluent English (written & verbal)
