Trading Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation and performance of all Hantec Markets trading platforms.

Configure, install, and maintain trading infrastructure hardware and software.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to trading systems.

Provide day-to-day support of MT4/MT5 platforms.

Manage MT4/MT5 Data Centres and monitor platform performance.

Test and deploy new plugins.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and policies.

Technical Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows Server (installation, configuration, support, and maintenance).

Experience with VMware environments.

Good understanding of firewalls and network security protocols.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Extensive hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
