Traditional Trade Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Traditional Trade Supervisor to join our Sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG traditional/general trade, excellent knowledge of the UAE market.

• Supervise and manage Traditional Trade sales activities and team performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Monitor sales targets, market coverage, and distribution.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify business opportunities.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution in stores.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

• 3–4 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Traditional Trade / General Trade.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and traditional trade channels.
• Previous experience in a sales supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
• Experience managing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow sales within an assigned territory.
• Strong understanding of outlet coverage, route planning, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Good knowledge of FMCG products and market practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to conduct regular market visits and work in a field-based environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Malayalam or Hindi preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
