Role Description:

ECC Group is looking for a Traffic Manager to manage our digital content eco-system and communication-related databases. This role blends content management, ERP/CRM systems, and analytics to support PR, alumni, student, and ambassador engagement.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and organize digital content (articles, videos, press releases, alumni stories).
• Maintain structured databases on ERP/CRM systems (media, alumni, ambassadors, stakeholders).
• Support content publishing across LinkedIn, website, YouTube, and email campaigns.
• Segment contact lists and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Track campaign performance and deliver insights-driven reports.
• Support alumni, ambassadors, and GSN engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Background in digital content management or information systems.
• Strong organization, data management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, email tools, and analytics.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
