Job Title: System Operation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled UTC Operator to join our team and support the effective operation of traffic control systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in traffic system operations or a similar role

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Traffic Management Center (TMC)
• Exposure to Urban Traffic Control (UTC) systems/ Intelligent traffic system
• Supervisory experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Urban Traffic Control (UTC) systems and Traffic Management
• Analyze traffic flow and adjust signal timings to optimize performance
• Respond to traffic incidents and coordinate with relevant teams
• Ensure accurate reporting and system documentation
