Traffic & Tour Operations Coordinator

About The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Traffic & Tour Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transfers services, handling tour-related operations, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for both local and international guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service and support to clients and tour groups.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in transfers bookings.

• Knowledge of Meet & Assist services.

• Ability to accompany foreign and local guests as a Tour Leader in touristic sites.

• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, guides, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor tour schedules and service arrangements.

• Handle operational emails and client communications professionally.

• Maintain accurate booking and operational records.

• Ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in tourism, transportation, or tour operations.

• Very good command of spoken and written English.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Experience in transportation and car booking arrangements is preferred.

• Knowledge of Meet & Assist services and tour operations.

• Ability to handle professional email communication efficiently.

• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Days off: Friday and Saturday.

• Location: Downtown- Cairo.
