Role Description

This role is critical to ensuring that projects move smoothly between Account Management, Creative, Content, and Marketing teams, with clear priorities, balanced workloads, and on-time delivery. If you enjoy organizing complex workflows, managing multiple projects, and keeping teams aligned in fast-paced environments, this role may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the internal flow of projects from initiation to completion
• Break down projects into structured internal tasks and timelines
• Assign tasks based on priority, deadlines, and team capacity
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate risks when needed
• Maintain accurate updates in the project management system
• Ensure smooth handovers between teams and workflow stages

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in workflow coordination, project coordination, or traffic roles
• Experience in digital marketing agencies or creative environments preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
