Job Description
Role Purpose:
Engagement Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing member engagement data, identifying trends and insights, enhancing existing dashboards and systems, create new analytical platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Member Data Analysis;
- Collect, organize, and analyze member engagement data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, email campaigns, event attendance, support tickets).
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform member outreach strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key member engagement metrics.
2- Member Segmentation and Personalization;
- Develop informative digital channels that explain the key features and benefits of the company's services
3- Performance Monitoring and Reporting;
- Tracking and analyzing customer engagement team performance and inputs
- Reporting the results of the engaged customers
- Identifying and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- Excel and Power BI knowledge is a must
Education
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineer or related field
