Trainee Lawyer (Tamheer)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Lawyer as part of the Tamheer program in Riyadh. The Trainee Lawyer will assist in researching legal cases, drafting contracts and legal documents, and conducting legal analyses. They will work closely with senior attorneys, participate in client consultations, and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience and grow professionally in a dynamic legal environment.

• Knowledge of legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents.
• Familiarity with legal principles, regulatory compliance, and corporate law.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification. Registration in the Tamheer program is required.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
