Role Overview
The Off-Plan Trainer & Stand Supervisor is responsible for training, supervising, and improving agent performance at company stands, while also delivering structured off-plan and stand-specific training.
The role is predominantly field-based, with most working days spent at stands to ensure agents are fully compliant, confident, and productive.
Key Responsibilities
Stand Supervision & Compliance
- Conduct regular stand visits (approximately 4 days per week).
- Ensure agents at stands:
- Arrive on time and remain present throughout assigned shifts.
- Follow company dress code, conduct, and engagement standards.
- Actively approach and qualify walk-in clients.
- Use correct sales scripts and lead capture processes.
- Monitor agent behavior and productivity at stands.
- Take immediate corrective action where standards are not met.
- Report attendance, discipline, and performance issues to Sales Managers and HR.
Stand Training (Core Responsibility)
- Deliver on-the-spot stand training during live operations.
- Train agents on:
- How to approach and engage walk-in clients confidently.
- Proper stand etiquette, body language, and communication.
- Lead qualification and information capture at stands.
- Handling common objections and first-contact conversations.
- Conduct stand induction training for newly joined agents before deployment.
- Provide real-time coaching based on observed performance gaps.
- Ensure consistency in stand messaging and sales approach across all locations.
Off-Plan Training
- Conduct structured off-plan training sessions (office or on-site).
- Train agents on:
- Current off-plan projects and developers.
- Payment plans, USPs, and investor positioning.
- Converting stand leads into site visits and bookings.
- Support agents during live client discussions when required.
Reporting & Performance Feedback
- Submit regular stand visit and training reports.
- Track recurring issues and training needs across stands.
- Recommend improvements in:
- Stand allocation and scheduling.
- Agent deployment and readiness.
- Support management with insights on stand performance and agent capability.
Working Pattern
- Predominantly field-based role.
- Approximately 4 days per week at stands.
- Office presence limited to training, reporting, and coordination.
Requirements
- 24 years experience in Dubai real estate, preferably off-plan.
- Proven experience in stand sales, training, or team supervision.
- Strong understanding of Dubai developer projects and sales processes.
- Confident trainer with the ability to coach and correct in real time.
- High discipline, strong observation skills, and leadership presence.
