Data-Driven Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to analyze performance data, identifying skill or knowledge gaps that require training interventions.
Training Evaluation & Analytics: Measure instructional effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and KPIs to define the impact of training on employee performance and ROI.
LMS Management & Reporting: Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking completion rates, assessment results, and generating reports for management.
Program Coordination: Coordinate in-house and external training sessions, managing schedules, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Content Development: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining educational aids and materials.
Actionable Insights: Develop dashboards and reports to present findings on training trends, compliance, and ROI to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a training coordination, HR, or data analyst role.
Data Analysis Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and experience with LMS reporting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting reports and coordinating with stakeholders.
