Trainer – Fall Protection Training | Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

Our client, a leader in the safety and industrial solutions industry, is looking for a Trainer to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, you will report to the Training Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong training delivery experience, solid technical safety knowledge, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs to customers across the region
• Coordinate with internal teams to support training delivery and business objectives
• Plan, organize, and evaluate training courses to ensure effective delivery
• Develop new training materials and programs in line with regulatory requirements
• Maintain training documentation and internal knowledge systems
• Provide technical consultation and support customized training solutions
• Support audits, site assessments, and customer surveys
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and quality standards
• Represent the organization at client meetings, seminars, and industry events
• Handle technical queries and assist with quotations and tenders
• Monitor regulatory updates and adapt training programs accordingly
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and certification requirements
• Support risk assessments and operational safety processes
• Travel within the Middle East and internationally as required

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in training delivery or technical instruction
• Strong knowledge of working at height, confined spaces, and safety procedures
• Certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred
• Experience with fall protection systems and PPE inspection
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and digital reporting tools
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights if required
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
