Job Title: Food Factory Trainer

Job Summary

The Food Factory Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for production line workers in a food manufacturing environment. The trainer ensures all employees understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality standards to maintain efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on production procedures, equipment operation, and workplace safety.

Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.

Ensure employees comply with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and internal quality policies.

Assess employee skills and identify training needs to support continuous improvement.

Monitor employee performance during production and provide coaching and corrective guidance when necessary.

Coordinate with quality, production, and safety teams to ensure training aligns with factory operations.

Maintain accurate training records and generate progress reports for management.

Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, or procedures by training staff accordingly.

Promote a culture of hygiene, safety, and teamwork within the factory.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in food manufacturing or training is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to train diverse groups with varying skill levels.

Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic production environment.

Work Environment

Factory setting with exposure to production lines, machinery, and controlled-temperature areas.

Requires adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
