The Trainer Officer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs that elevate cleaning, housekeeping, and hygiene standards. This includes conducting in-academy sessions, in-home mentorship, audits, and follow-up assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver Training Programs: Conduct 2-day academy training (16 hours) and 1-day in-home training (5 hours).
On-the-Job Coaching: Offer personalized guidance during home mapping and staff mentorship sessions.
Training Development: Review and update training content and SOPs in line with best practices.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainee performance through surveys, audits, and feedback sessions.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work with partners such as Dara Agency for training delivery and project execution.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all training aligns with safety and chemical-handling standards.
Continuous Improvement: Audit homes post-training and refine routines to meet high standards.
