Job Description

The Training & Communication Executive is responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of training materials and internal communication content. The role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences and clear communication that align with business objectives and support sales teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the Food & Beverages workforce.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Create educational materials, such as manuals, online modules, and presentations to enhance employee learning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to foster a communication strategy that promotes organizational goals and values.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to enhance skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed about corporate policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Solid background in the training field.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Preferably a clear understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
