Training and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Ability to prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external training programs and training providers.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare related reports.
• Experience maintaining training records, professional certifications, and renewal dates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of HRMS/LMS is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in the construction/contracting industry is preferred.
