Training and Quality(Mechanical Engineer )
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with a strong academic foundation . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between theoretical engineering principles and practical application, ensuring product quality standards are met while acting as a technical instructor for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical systems, production lines, and finished products to ensure compliance with the standards and engineering specifications.
- Analyze quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and approve engineering technical documentation to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues that affect product consistency.
- Design and deliver technical training programs for our clients.
- Conduct skill gap analyses to identify training needs within the technical team and create individual development plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Master's degree or postgraduate studies are strong plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in related field.
- Proven experience in delivering technical presentations or tutoring.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Materials Science, and Manufacturing Processes.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Academic Mindset: Ability to research technical topics and explain complex engineering concepts in simple, structured language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent in English
