Location: Must be based in the Dubai

Compensation: AED 6,0007,000 + Visa & Insurance (as per UAE law)

Our client is seeking a Field Trainer to elevate team performance and engagement across frontline operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to build capability on the ground.

Note: Candidates must have prior training experience in the Retail or Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions to drive customer service excellence and operational consistency
• Design and deliver content for both in-person and digital learning
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to identify learning needs
• Track training effectiveness through feedback and performance data
• Promote a continuous learning culture across multiple field locations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 45 years of training experience in retail or hospitality environments
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Skilled in content development and modern training formats
• Comfortable connecting with diverse, fast-paced teams
• Age: Under 35 years
