Responsabilites
- Oversee and support a team of trainers to ensure alignment with program standards and objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and structured performance feedback.
- Submit weekly reports to the Training Manager covering trainer attendance, student engagement levels, delivery challenges, and technical/platform issues.
- Track key performance indicators and identify trends or performance gaps.
- Ensure accurate documentation of training data and quality observations.
- lead weekly synchronization meetings with assigned trainers to review curriculum flow and address complex content areas.
- Ensure consistent instructional delivery and alignment with academic standards.
- Conduct random live session audits each month to monitor instructional quality.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback and follow up on improvement plans.
- Supervise the logistics and overall quality of in-person meetups or program events.
- Ensure smooth coordination, strong engagement, and alignment with learning objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in training program development, facilitation, and delivery
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design, and curriculum planning
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration
- Analytical abilities to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvement strategies
- Familiarity with technology-based learning solutions and tools
- Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
