Responsabilites

  • Oversee and support a team of trainers to ensure alignment with program standards and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and structured performance feedback.
  • Submit weekly reports to the Training Manager covering trainer attendance, student engagement levels, delivery challenges, and technical/platform issues.
  • Track key performance indicators and identify trends or performance gaps.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of training data and quality observations.
  • lead weekly synchronization meetings with assigned trainers to review curriculum flow and address complex content areas.
  • Ensure consistent instructional delivery and alignment with academic standards.
  • Conduct random live session audits each month to monitor instructional quality.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback and follow up on improvement plans.
  • Supervise the logistics and overall quality of in-person meetups or program events.
  • Ensure smooth coordination, strong engagement, and alignment with learning objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in training program development, facilitation, and delivery
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design, and curriculum planning
  • Proficiency in interpersonal communication, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Analytical abilities to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvement strategies
  • Familiarity with technology-based learning solutions and tools
  • Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
