Job Objective:
The Training Section Head is responsible for planning, managing and overseeing the delivery of training programs within AlOthaim Academy. This role focuses on preparing the Annual Training Plan, developing training materials, delivering effective training sessions and supervising the training team to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Annual Training Plan in line with approved objectives and organizational requirements.
• Define clear training objectives and ensure training programs are delivered according to plan.
• Develop and enhance training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and workshop content.
• Deliver training programs, workshops, and learning sessions across various functional areas.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of training delivery across all programs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and implement training activities.
• Monitor training implementation and prepare periodic reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Support employee development initiatives and other academy-related programs as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in training delivery or learning and development.
• Strong experience in developing training materials and content.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective classroom- or workshop-based training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English.
