1. **Training Needs Analysis (TNA):** Collaborate with department heads to identify performance and skill gaps; use surveys and diagnostic interviews to determine actual needs; and align training requirements with the organization's strategic goals.

2. **Program and Content Design & Development:** Prepare annual or quarterly training plans; develop training content (training kits, presentations, and work manuals); and create e-learning materials and interactive workshops.

3. **Course Delivery and Implementation:** Manage, organize, and schedule training sessions; deliver training programs personally or coordinate with external trainers and accredited institutes; and manage the organization's e-learning platforms.

4. **Evaluation and Follow-up:** Measure the success and effectiveness of training programs upon completion; and monitor employees application of acquired skills in the actual work environment.
