Training Specialist Electrical

We are seeking a technically experienced Training Specialist – Electrical to support technical capability development and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
• Develop electrical/technical training plans and programs.
• Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
• Develop training materials and competency-development content.
• Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
• Liaise with technical departments and training providers.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years relevant Learning & Development/training experience.
• Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and training-development capabilities.
