Key duties and Responsibilities

Training Delivery and Coordination

  • Facilitate sales training sessions for new hires and existing team members with a focus on customer interaction, product knowledge and sales excellence.
  • Support the rollout of training initiatives by managing logistics, attendance tracking, materials preparation and session feedback.
  • Conduct refresher sessions, on-the-job training and follow-ups to reinforce learning outcomes.

Content Development Support

  • Assist in developing engaging training materials, presentations, manuals and e-learning content aligned with Binghatti sales philosophy.
  • Customize training content based on departmental goals and participant feedback.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the sales training knowledge base.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track participation, post-training assessments and employee progress against learning goals.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to help evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Share insights with the Manager Sales Training to refine programs and improve impact.

Stakeholder Support and Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales, HR and Marketing teams to ensure training efforts are aligned with operational needs and brand positioning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to training schedules, content and learning systems.
  • Support internal trainers, guest facilitators or external partners as needed.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate training records, certification logs and employee learning histories.
  • Ensure proper documentation of session feedback and follow-ups in line with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly or quarterly reports on training activities.

Other Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments
