Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Team Lead, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Training Team Lead will oversee and execute staff training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development. Responsibilities include designing and implementing effective training programs, supervising the training team, evaluating training effectiveness, and improving strategies based on feedback and data. The role also involves monitoring team progress and fostering continuous growth in skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Training & Development and designing training materials
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate training needs and outcomes
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
  • Supervisory Skills to lead and manage training teams effectively
  • Experience in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and guide others
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in leadership roles and familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage
