Job Summary
Leads and oversees PPP transaction programs within the Government PMO, ensuring effective structuring, procurement, negotiation, and financial close of public-private partnership projects in alignment with national strategy and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead PPP transaction strategy and execution across infrastructure programs
- Oversee technical feasibility, project structuring, and bankability assessments
- Direct PPP procurement and competitive tendering processes
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with private sector partners
- Ensure compliance with PPP regulations, governance frameworks, and PMO standards
- Oversee financial modeling, risk allocation, and value-for-money analysis
- Provide executive reporting to senior government leadership
- Manage technical, financial, and legal advisors
- Ensure successful financial close and transition to project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8–10+ years of experience in PPP, infrastructure transactions, or project finance
- Strong technical understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven leadership in complex government PPP transactions
- Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation expertise
