Job Description
We're hiring a Finance Systems & Transformation Manager to own the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our finance and business systems landscape. This is a build-and-lead role for someone who wants to shape a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction organization's systems architecture from the ground up, not administer one that's already built.
What you'll do:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current systems (accounting, payroll, expense management, procurement, banking, planning, and reporting), mapping gaps, overlaps, and total cost of ownership
- Lead the ERP evaluation end to end, define requirements, run RFPs, shortlist and score vendors, and support commercial negotiation
- Build and own the ERP implementation plan: phasing, entity rollout sequence, data migration, chart of accounts design, budget, and risk management
- Lead the implementation itself, acting as the primary link between the implementation partner, finance, IT, and every business function
- Own data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation of opening balances and master data
- Drive user acceptance testing, training, and go-live, followed by structured post-go-live support
- Own integration across all current and future software, ensuring systems exchange data reliably with minimal manual intervention
- Define integration standards, master data governance, and a single source of truth for financial and operational data
- Build dashboards and reports that support data quality monitoring and process health across the business
- Embed internal controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties into systems design, and support audits with documentation and access reviews
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years in finance systems, finance transformation, or ERP implementation roles, including at least one full-cycle ERP implementation led or co-led end to end
- Hands-on experience with mid-market or enterprise ERP platforms (e.g. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) and adjacent tools across payroll, expense, procurement, and planning
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
- Experience with data migration, systems integration (APIs, middleware, connectors), and master data management
- Proven project management capability, including managing implementation partners, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
- ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or an ERP certification
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel
- Background in a multi-jurisdictional, PE-backed, or high-growth environment
