Transformational Change Management Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Transformational Change Management Consultant to help drive peoplecentric change across major AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role sits at the heart of complex transformation programs, ensuring that new digital solutions, processes and ways of working are not just delivered but truly adopted and embedded.

You'll lead the endtoend change lifecycle, from shaping change strategy and assessing organisational readiness, through to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustained adoption. Working closely with senior leaders, program teams and the wider workforce, you'll play a critical role in translating ambitious transformation goals into measurable behavioural and business outcomes.

This is a handson role for someone who combines strong change management frameworks with practical delivery experience, excels at influencing across senior stakeholders, and is passionate about enabling organisations to successfully navigate change at scale.

Location: Abu Dhabi (preferable) or Dubai (with requirement to be in our Abu Dhabi office at least three times a week).
