Job Description

We are seeking a Transformer & Reactor Testing & Commissioning Engineer (HV) for an on-site role. You will support the installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment at site.

Job Responsibilities

Support installation, testing and commissioning of power transformers and reactors at site
Testing and commissioning of transmission substations (132kV & 220kV)
Technical supervision and site coordination of electrical projects.
Liaise with local utility organization in view of the customer requirements.
Execution of the projects as per the latest local utility standards.
Order the material requirements & check the availability for the same at site prior to every work start.
Supervise site technicians and ensure adherence to schedule.
Report to Project Manager on daily basis.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
3+ years of experience in HV transmission
Experience in installation, testing and commissioning of power transformers and reactors
Knowledge of the latest international standards and specifications of local utilities
