Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Travel Advisor to assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and travel-related services. The ideal candidate will provide personalized travel solutions, ensure excellent customer experiences, and support clients throughout their travel journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings
• Provide travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budgets
• Create customized travel itineraries and plans
• Guide clients regarding visa requirements, travel policies, and documentation
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online channels
• Resolve booking issues and customer concerns professionally
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support upselling and cross-selling of travel services when applicable
Requirements:
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, customer service, or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
• Good English communication skills
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Tourism, Hospitality, or related educational background
• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
• Experience dealing with international customers
