The Role: We're looking for fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires flexibility for rotational shifts (mornings, evenings, nights, weekends).
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally.
Document interactions accurately.
Maintain strong product knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Fluent English speaker (verbal & written).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
No prior experience required comprehensive training provided!
