What We're Looking For

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in the tourism industry.

✔️ Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

✔️ A second language is a strong advantage (Italian, French, or Spanish).

✔️ Excellent communication and guest relations skills.

✔️ Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

✔️ Professional appearance with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

✔️ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure at the airport.
• Coordinate airport transfers and transportation services.
• Accompany guests during Tours and excursions, ensuring a seamless Travel experience.
• Liaise with hotels, restaurants, transport providers, guides, and tourism partners.
• Ensure the smooth execution of itineraries and daily tour operations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for our international travelers.
