We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent / Consultant to deliver world-class service, curating unforgettable itineraries and guiding travelers every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Design Custom Itineraries: Research, create, and book tailor-made travel packages including accommodations, tours, and transportation.
• Be the Travel Expert: Provide expert recommendations on destinations, local cultures, customs, and hidden gems.
• Deliver Seamless Service: Handle client inquiries with empathy and professionalism, managing bookings, modifications, and any unexpected travel disruptions.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate a loyal client base by delivering exceptional, personalized service that goes above and beyond.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience working as a Travel Agent, Consultant, or in a high-touch hospitality/customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Communication Masters: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a talent for building instant rapport.
• Problem Solvers: A calm, proactive approach to resolving client issues and handling complex logistics.
• Passionate Explorers: A deep personal love for travel and a strong knowledge of global geography.
• Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is a MUST!
• Fluency in English is a MUST! B2/C1
