Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent specializing in support for a UK-based airline. The position is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with travel bookings, managing reservations, handling queries regarding flight options, creating tailored travel arrangements, and supporting car rental needs. The Travel Agent will also identify sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Reservations and Travel Arrangements to accurately book and manage customer travel plans
- Strong Customer Service and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries effectively
- Experience in Car Rental support to provide complete travel solutions
- Flexible with rotational shifts including night & overnight shifts
- Fluent in English speakers B2/C1
- Familiarity with airline systems and travel software is highly preferred
- Previous experience in the travel or airline industry is a strong advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in travel and tourism are a plus
