Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role for the US & UK account located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Travel Agent will manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service while assisting with reservations, travel arrangements, car rentals, and other travel-related needs. The role necessitates the ability to handle sales inquiries, offer personalized travel solutions, and ensure every customer receives seamless support throughout their journey planning process. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in handling Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Customer Service and knowledge in Car Rental processes
- Fluent English Speakers B2/C1
- Flexible with rotational shifts including night & overnight shifts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Familiarity with global travel systems and industry software is an advantage
