Job Summary:
Implement Travel activities to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes, and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follows all relevant Travel policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Reserve Flight ticket, Transportation, Group Meeting and Small Events for Sales and Marketing.
- Reserve Accommodation inside &outside Egypt.
- Create Purchase Order for Flight Tickets, Accommodation, Restaurants and Transportations.
- Handling and revising the Invoices to be sure about the matching between the purchase order and the invoice.
- Work with Accounting department to track payment to all vendors and service provider.
- Job Location: 6th of October City
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in corporate travel roles or hotels sector , handling bookings, fares, and operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP system.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Manage and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodging, etc.) and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all travel procedures.
- Maintain records of bookings, expenses, and travel data.
Key Competencies
- Ability to build positive relationships with vendors (airlines, hotels, travel agencies).
- Budget management and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
