Job Description

Enjaz is looking for a qualified Travel Assistant / Administration Technician to provide comprehensive travel coordination, visa processing, translation, and administrative support services to facilitate official travel and operational requirements. The role ensures that all travel arrangements comply with applicable government travel regulations and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process official travel requests and travel orders.
  • Develop cost estimates and coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with Government travel regulations.
  • Maintain and update internal travel logbooks and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate airline bookings with authorized travel agencies.
  • Review and process travel claims ensuring completeness, accuracy, and required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable travel regulations (e.g., JTR).
  • Arrange hotel reservations and conference registrations.
  • Coordinate visa applications with local embassies and consulates.
  • Track entry visa requirements and diplomatic note submissions.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services (Arabic-English / English-Arabic).
  • Assist travelers during visa interviews and documentation preparation.
  • Provide guidance on passport validation, visa forms, and required documentation.
  • Maintain correspondence related to travel and visa services.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to government staff when required.
  • Monitor travel-related deadlines and ensure timely processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative and secretarial experience.
  • Experience in travel coordination or visa processing preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Ability to translate documents accurately between Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations and embassy procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to obtain required security clearance if applicable.
