Job Description

Summary:

Preparing and organizing packages travel; planning overall packages that include transportation, accommodation sightseeing, pricing these packages in a competitive manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Selling tickets and flight packages products to customers.
  • Organizing package for travel.
  • Ensures all reservations are confirmed prior to travel.
  • Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules.
  • Dealing with complaints related to flights tickets and packages.
  • Preparing periodic reports with respect to assigned tasks to be submitted to the Operation's Manager.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Operation's Manager.

Required Educational Level:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

Required Experience:

Five year of experience in a related field

Professional Knowledge:

Professional knowledge in travel activities
