This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and arranging their travel needs, including destination planning, transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services. The role involves direct interaction with customers to provide personalized recommendations, process reservations, and resolve any inquiries or issues. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for leveraging their travel expertise and customer service skills to create excellent and memorable travel experiences for clients.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience with Customer Service and Reservations management
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in travel industry technology and booking platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and deliver under deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for travel and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of global destinations, airlines, and accommodations is an advantage
