Responsibilitie

• sDesign and offer comprehensive travel packages tailored to client preferences and budgets
• .Manage package reservations efficiently ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation
• .Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and itinerary options
• .Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with transport and lodging providers
• .Assist customers throughout the sales process from inquiry to post-trip follow-up
• .Stay updated with industry trends, pricing changes, and travel regulations
• .Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• .Collaborate with marketing team to promote travel packages and increase sales

.Requirement

• sMinimum of 5 years experience in travel consultancy with a focus on package sales
• .Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and industry booking systems
• .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• .Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client demands simultaneously
• .Proficiency with travel reservation software and Microsoft Office suite
• .Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience
• .Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• .Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
