Job Responsibilities
Clear expectations across day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and collaboration:
1. Account Management & Growth
- Own end-to-end account strategy and execution for key clients System Integration and Audio Video Solutions.
- Craft customized proposals and business cases aligned with the client's strategic priorities.
2. Sales Execution & Business Development
- Qualify leads, map decision-makers, and manage complex sales cycles with consultative approach.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through solution-based selling.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to tailor demos, POCs, and technical evaluations.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Foster strong rapport with client and influencers to ensure advocacy and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through digital transformation journeys.
- Address escalations with agility and ensure issues are resolved to client satisfaction.
4. Regional & Sector Intelligence
- Monitor regional trends in digital adoption, regulation, and emerging tech opportunities.
- Share feedback with product teams to co-develop offerings aligned with market needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client forums.
5. Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with finance, legal, delivery, and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate deal progression notes, forecasts, and account planning docs.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, opportunity reviews, and strategic account summaries.
