Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating travel itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing reservations for clients. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their travel requirements, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Candidates will liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to deliver tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel plans
• Expertise in making Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and maintain satisfaction
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and related software
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
