Role Description
The agent will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to challenges, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, managing bookings and travel-related requests, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues effectively and promptly. The role requires maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to enhance customer experiences.
qualification
Proficient in Customer Support and Customer Service to deliver consistent assistance and satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and resolve queries.
Ability to work in a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
