Job Description:
- Process employees requests regarding any travel arrangements while coordinating with the agency to handle domestic and international queries and itineraries, including visa, customs, and baggage information.
- Provide advice regarding employees inquiries about visas, or any related travel requirement.
- Analyse the employees specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
- Process any requested related report for the Travel Desk Operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
- For the Officer: 0 3 years of experience preferred in a relevant field.
- For the Senior Officer: 3 6 years of experience preferred in a relevant field.
