Job Description:

  1. Process employees requests regarding any travel arrangements while coordinating with the agency to handle domestic and international queries and itineraries, including visa, customs, and baggage information.
  2. Provide advice regarding employees inquiries about visas, or any related travel requirement.
  3. Analyse the employees specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
  4. Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
  5. Process any requested related report for the Travel Desk Operations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • For the Officer: 0 3 years of experience preferred in a relevant field.
  • For the Senior Officer: 3 6 years of experience preferred in a relevant field.

  • Excellent command of English & Arabic Languages
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Organizing and planning skills
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
