We're partnering with a leading luxury travel and lifestyle business to hire an experienced Luxury Travel Team Leader to help build and grow a high-end travel consulting function in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury travel sales, VIP client management, and team leadership. You'll manage high-value clientele, drive new business opportunities, and play a key role in shaping and developing a growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of VIP and high-net-worth clients across luxury travel experiences
- Handling inbound, outbound, and referral-led business opportunities
- Driving revenue growth through relationship building, networking, and proactive sales activity
- Creating tailored luxury travel experiences including premium flights, hotels, villas, and bespoke itineraries
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of future team members
- Acting as the senior escalation point for complex bookings and VIP requests
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Representing the business at industry events and client meetings
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in luxury travel sales or dealing with high net-worth clients.
- Leadership or supervisory experience with the ambition to grow a team
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development and client acquisition
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for global travel and premium customer experiences
- Flexibility to support clients outside regular working hours when required
