Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Travel Officer provides administrative and transactional support for the organization's travel operations. This role is responsible for booking travel, processing documentation, and assisting employees with routine travel-related queries, ensuring compliance with Company policies and service standards.

The role supports the Company's overall success by contributing to its strategic goals and aligning responsibilities with the Organization's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinates and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Assists employees with travel requests, visa applications, and insurance documentation.
  • Ensures travel bookings comply with Company policies and approved budgets.
  • Maintains accurate records of travel itineraries and documentation.
  • Supports the reconciliation of travel expenses and submission of receipts.
  • Liaises with travel vendors for routine bookings and confirmations.
  • Responds to employee queries related to travel logistics and policy.
  • Provides administrative support to the travel team as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in travel coordination or administrative support.
  • Basic understanding of travel booking platforms and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
