- Evaluate products and opportunities for alignment with ember's luxury standards, thematic direction, and experiential depth.
- Organise curated offerings into a structured internal catalogue by region, theme, season, and experience category.
- Monitor global luxury travel trends and emerging destinations to guide product innovation and seasonal design.
End-to-End Experiential Journey & Program Design
- Conceptualise and design complete experiential journeys, thematic programs, and curated routes that can be adopted by the wider ember team or offered as signature ember products.
- Build full itineraries for these designed journeys, including day-by-day structures, narrative flow, experience linking, and optional enhancements.
- Develop thematic travel frameworks (e.g., wellness journeys, culinary pathways, cultural immersion programs, adventure-led concepts, seasonal or event-based itineraries).
- Integrate visual, narrative, and conceptual elements to ensure each designed program reflects ember's brand identity and luxury positioning.
- Prepare refined journey briefs, presentation materials, and internal strategy notes to support adoption and delivery.
- Identify potential luxury hotels, experience providers, guides, and specialists suitable for inclusion in thematic journeys or curated modules.
- Recommend suitable partners or products for experiential concepts or journey designs.
Product Design, Documentation & Presentation
- Produce polished product briefs, destination notes, curated guides, and experience summaries aligned with ember's aesthetic standards.
- Document all designed journeys with full itinerary breakdowns, operational notes, thematic descriptions, and optional add-ons.
- Create modular product components that can be easily integrated into bespoke itineraries by the Travel Design team.
- Maintain a structured internal library of designed journeys, thematic collections, and curated experience sets.
Quality Assurance & Experience Validation
- Evaluate identified experiences based on authenticity, cultural richness, luxury alignment, and operational feasibility.
- Leverage client insights, internal feedback, and industry research to refine and enhance curated offerings.
- Conduct remote or in-person validation when possible to ensure designed products adhere to ember's standards.
- Uphold strict criteria for guest safety, professionalism, and ethical tourism practices.

- Strong global destination knowledge, including cultural nuances, high-end properties, and luxury lifestyle landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to design full itineraries and thematic journeys end-to-end, from concept to final curated experience.
- High-level research, analysis, and creative ideation skills with strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation capability.
- Strong organisational discipline and ability to work independently within a part-time structure.
