Travel Sales Agent

OFFTO is a Kuwait-based travel platform serving GCC travelers, with over 1M app downloads. We sell travel packages designed from real travelers experiences, and we back our sales team with technology that makes closing deals easier, not harder.

This is a full-time on-site role at our office on the 47th Floor, Crystal Tower, Sharq. You will receive ready-to-buy customers from our app and WhatsApp, understand their needs, design the right trip for them, and close the sale. You will also execute the full booking cycle: flights via Amadeus, hotels, insurance, and additional services.

Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound leads from the app and WhatsApp into confirmed bookings
• Issue flight tickets via Amadeus and handle changes, reissues, and refunds
• Book hotels and packages from direct suppliers and DMCs
• Build lasting customer relationships and document every interaction in our CRM
• Meet monthly sales and profitability targets

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Amadeus, including ticketing and reissues (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales with a proven record of hitting targets
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English
• Experience handling customers through live chat and CRM systems
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
