Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting and managing travel arrangements for both corporate and individual customers. Daily responsibilities include handling bookings, making reservations, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing client inquiries. The role requires promoting travel packages, tailoring itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for all clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to provide expert advice and handle clients travel needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking accommodations, tickets, and creating detailed itineraries.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to assist clients and promptly address their travel inquiries.
• Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple bookings and schedules efficiently.
• Familiarity with travel booking software and platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in travel sales or tourism, especially in domestic, incoming, or outgoing tourism, is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are highly desirable.
