Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Travel Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, provide tailored travel solutions, arrange travel plans, and handle bookings and reservations. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, offering recommendations, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The consultant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Travel Consulting and providing travel solutions based on client preferences and requirements
• Experience in Travel Management and organizing comprehensive travel plans
• Proficiency in making Travel Arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries
• Familiarity with Reservations systems and tools
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
