Job Purpose:
The Treasury & Risk Insurance Specialist is responsible for managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, and insurance programs to safeguard financial stability and support strategic objectives. This role ensures effective cash management, monitors daily cash balances, and optimizes working capital, while also overseeing insurance coverage and claims to mitigate financial risks. The specialist collaborates with internal teams, banks, and insurers to implement treasury and risk management strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage the company's cash flow by forecasting and monitoring daily cash balances and liquidity needs.
- Execute fund transfers, monitor bank accounts, and optimize working capital management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cash management policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cash flow improvement and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and investment managers to ensure effective treasury operations.
- Oversee the company's insurance programs, including property, liability, and other relevant policies.
- Evaluate and analyze insurance coverage to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Manage insurance claims processes, collaborating with internal teams and insurers.

Job Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field and relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional, Chartered Insurance Professional).
- 3-5+ years of experience in treasury management, risk management, or insurance roles.
- Proficiency in cash flow forecasting, investment strategies, and working capital optimization.
- Experience in analyzing insurance policies, claims management, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with financial markets, banking relationships, and investment vehicles.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in relevant software, ERP systems, and Microsoft suit.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English language with focus on written communication.
